At K-Way, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase; if your gear isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all technical tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging or a secure shipping box, ensuring the K-Way garment tags remain intact.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
